Women With A Mission, alongside two other Applicants, filed a Strategic Interest Case before the High Court of Uganda against the Attorney General seeking justice for gross violations of access to emergency Sexual and Reproductive Health rights of a minor girl aged 15 years in Jinja.
This case is challenging the unlawful arrest and detention of the minor by police officers while she was undergoing Emergency sexual and reproductive care at Budondo Health Center IV in Jinja District.
